How we use yagmap

We use yagmap all the time – naturally! Therefore we thought it would be useful to share with you how we use it so that it can give you ideas of how you can use it yourselves – but please feel free to share your own ideas!

For us yagmap has pretty much replaced email for internal communications. Why? Well it’s just a lot more convenient – and with the ability to easily access yagmap from PC, mac, smartphone with no configuration like email nor problems being logged in on multiple devices at the same time, you can access messages and continue conversations wherever you are such as in the office, on the train, abroad etc. The other feature we’ve found of enormous benefit is that when many people are involved in a conversation, unlike email, you can’t have a conversation taking different forks where people reply all to different emails within the trail. Also, you don’t get the situations where someone replies to the sender and not everyone else – although if you do want a one-one conversation that’s easy enough by creating a group just for the two of you which can be deleted once finished with if you’re unlikely to use it again.
